Here are photos of serial number 21, currently for sale on eBay. It features a mouthpiece of African Blackwood and trim of native walnut and is spiral wrapped for extra strength. It is very resonant and has an excellent tone. Because it was wrapped, it has some irregularities in its surface. If we sanded them out completely the benefit of the wrapping would be diminished. I can honestly state however, that flash photography highlights the imperfections and in ambient light they are not as obvious. It is an excellent instrument offered at an excellent price.
